Apache Sprayers dealerThis is an off-season inspection for Apache sprayers by the crew that services them all year. Find the worn boom hose and the tired pump in November, not in May with the wind finally down.

We cover tip sizing, moisture testing, lime, and pumps. If yours is not here, call. 855.450.4510
Start with the pesticide label and the manufacturer's instructions. Then match the tip to your spraying technique (banding or broadcast), sprayer speed, application rate, flow rate, spray pattern, tip size, pressure, and spray quality.
You need gallons per acre, miles per hour, and nozzle spacing. If you are spraying fertilizer, multiply your end figure by 1.13 for 28% (10.65 lb/gal) or 1.15 for 10-34-0 (11 lb/gal).
At harvest, in storage, and at the time of sale. A 1% moisture error on 100 acres is thousands of dollars; a morning spent moving equipment to the wrong field costs hundreds in fuel and labor alone.
For portable use, the mini GAC 2500 draws from the same calibration library as the GAC2500/2700. For mobile use, the GAC500XT gives moisture plus test weight on 12 VDC or AC. For a fixed, fully automatic tester, choose the GAC 2700.
Usually not. It will if it has a 16-inch or larger bed chain with a twin-motor conveyor drive (hydraulic models), or press-wheel drive with dual drive chains or a 60 heavy chain and 16-inch bed chain.
Yes. The Classic 2088 is the most popular RV pump made. It has three independent pumping chambers, is self-priming, runs dry without damage, and has a built-in check valve.
