About OVA

Application equipment, and the service behind it, since 2007.

Ohio Valley Ag has sold and serviced spray and fertilizer application equipment out of Owensboro, Kentucky, since February 2007. We specialize in sprayers, fertilizer applicators and spreaders, precision electronics, and the parts behind them: NH3, liquid fertilizer, chemical, water transfer, fuel, and tillage. We also sell HARDI sprayers and lawn and turf equipment, and we are a leading dealer of Lucas Oil products.

Service before, during, and after the sale is the whole business. It is why customers come back every year, and it is how the staff at every store is measured. OVA is owned by Equipment Technologies, the maker of Apache Sprayers, alongside sister dealerships Midwest Application and High Plains Apache.

2007
Ohio Valley Ag opened the original location in Owensboro, KY. This location established the name that would continue to grow for years to come for our excellent salesmen, reliable service department, and knowledgeable parts department. This location allowed us to serve our northern Kentucky and southern Indiana customers.
2008
Ohio Valley Ag opened the second location in Russellville, KY in the fall of 2008. This location allowed us to better service our customers in southern Kentucky and northern Tennessee.
2011
Ohio Valley Ag opened the third location in September of 2011 in Greensburg, IN. This allowed us to serve our rapidly growing customer base in southern and central Indiana.
2015
Ohio Valley Ag opened the fourth location in Fairfield, IL in April of 2015. This location created a service area in southern Illinois.
2016
Ohio Valley Ag, and our owner company Equipment Technologies (ET Works), was purchased by EXEL Industries in France in January of 2016.
2018
Ohio Valley Ag relocated the Fairfield, IL location to Mt. Vernon, IL in December of 2018. This allowed us a more centralized area and better building for assisting our customers in southern Illinois.
2022
Ohio Valley Ag moved the Mt. Vernon, IL location to a bigger building in December of 2022. This allowed us to increase the inventory and better service the machines in our shop.
2024
Ohio Valley Ag moved the Owensboro, KY location to a bigger building in January of 2024. This new building consolidated our three buildings at the old location to one large building at the new location.
2026
Ohio Valley Ag opened the fifth location in Moberly, MO in July of 2026. This location allowed us to service our growing Apache Sprayer customer base in Missouri.
2026
Ohio Valley Ag acquired a sister location, Southern Application Management in Batesville, MS in October of 2026. This acquisition will allow us to continue to grow our customer base into the southern USA.

Service: field and shop

There is a service crew at each location, and with overlapping territories, your machine is always taken care of. They are factory-trained on Apache Sprayers and versed in controllers and the other equipment we sell. You can also email the service department at ova-servicegroup@ohiovalleyag.com.

Service trucks are dispatched from every store. Breakdowns in season get the first slot.

We do off-season inspections, trade-in repairs, pump rebuilds, controller updates, and customer machine repairs at each location.

Your salesman delivers every new machine and walks you through it. Service backs it up from there.
