01 Who this covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Ohio Valley Ag ("OVA," "we," "us"), a subsidiary of Equipment Technologies, Inc. ("ET"), collects and handles information when you visit ohiovalleyag.com, request a quote, or contact one of our stores through the site.

It does not cover what other companies do with information you give them on their own websites, such as our used equipment listings, our parts ordering portal, or our product catalogs. See "Third-party sites" below.

02 What we collect

We try to keep this short. Here is everything we ask for, and why.

Information you give us

• Quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your nearest store, the topic you pick, and any notes you write. We need these to get your request to the right store and call you back.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser: IP address, user agent, referring URL, and the pages you view. These are standard web-server logs.
• Analytics: aggregated traffic patterns, so we can see which equipment pages get attention and which questions people come here to answer.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, biometric data, or precise GPS location through this website.

03 How we use it

The information above is used to do the things you would expect: respond to quote requests, get you to the store nearest you, follow up on the equipment, parts, or service you asked about, and improve the website over time.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

04 Who we share it with

We share information only when one of the following is true:

• Our stores and ET. Your request goes to the OVA store that can best help you so they can follow up. We may also share it with ET, our parent company, when that helps answer your request, such as a factory question about an Apache sprayer.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run the site, deliver form submissions, or measure traffic see it under contract, and only for that purpose.
• Legal and safety. We share it when required by law or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OVA, ET, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. If OVA is ever acquired or restructured, customer data may transfer along with the business, and we will give you notice.

05 Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site running, remember your preferences, and measure traffic in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may stop working if you do.

For analytics we use industry-standard providers. They see pageviews, devices, and approximate location at the city level. They never see your name or email tied to that traffic, unless you have already given it to us through a form.

Some pages show Google Maps or YouTube videos. Those services may set their own cookies when a map loads. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you play a video.

This site honors the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable.

06 Third-party sites

Some of our services run on other companies' websites. Used equipment listings are on TractorHouse, parts ordering and customer accounts are on My Dealer, and product catalogs are on FlipHTML5. When you follow a link to one of those sites, its own privacy policy applies, not ours.

If you want to know which store received your request, or you would rather work with a different store, call any OVA store or write us at marketing@etsprayers.com and we will sort it out.

07 How long we keep it

Quote requests and contact-form submissions are retained for up to three years so we can recognize repeat customers and answer historical questions. Web-server logs are rotated and retained for up to 12 months. Backup copies follow a 90-day rolling cycle and then expire.

08 Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can write to us and ask to:

• See what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information. We may keep what we are legally required to retain.
• Stop marketing emails. Reply to any email from us with "unsubscribe."

If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or another place with stronger statutory rights, those rights apply on top of what is listed here. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these, write marketing@etsprayers.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity through the email on file and respond within 30 days.

09 How we protect it

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), access controls on internal systems, and a small enough team that the people handling your data actually know each other's names. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we do not promise perfection. We treat your data with the same care we would want for our own.

10 Children

This site is built for adult agricultural buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, write us and we will delete it.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, products, or laws change. The date at the top is the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 30 days before they take effect.
