The Chandler Pull-Type Fertilizer Spreader is durable, heavy-duty and well designed for long-lasting, trouble-free service. The design and construction quality of this spreader sets the standard in the agri-business industry. This unit is offered in corrosive-resistant 304 stainless steel. This pull-type spreader has been quality checked and tested to provide the best possible spread pattern for your requirements.

HOPPER SPECS
Hopper Construction:	(A) 304 Stainless Steel (B) 409 Stainless Steel (C) Carbon Steel with Stainless Steel at critical corrosion points
Angle of Sides:	Standard 45°, Optional 52° 52° is used in heavy lime application
FRAME & SUSPENSION
Axle:	Tandem Axle, Henschen suspension spindles & hubs with 6 bolts.
Tires and Wheels:	14L x 16.1—10-ply tires mounted on W11C x 16.1 heavy-duty wheels.
Optional:	Tongue channels mfg. of 7" x 9.8# structural channel with heavy-duty adjustable pin type hitch.
CONVEYOR SPECS
Conveyor Type:	1" x 1" mesh type heavy-duty type 304 stainless steel conveyor chain—16" wide. (Also available in 18", 20"& 24") (Bar style chains and neoprene belts of various widths also available on special order.)
Conveyor Drive:	Conveyor is driven by press wheel, engaged and disengaged with hydraulic cylinder connected to tractor.
Conveyor Rates:	Utilize two sets of sprockets—low to medium and medium to high—application rate from 75 lbs. to 4,500 lbs. per acre.
Conveyor Rollers:	Front and rear rollers manufactured from ASTM-35 plate steel (most competitors use cast iron).
Metering Gate:	Double Rack and Pinion operated—metering gate, gate slides, and gate turn pipe manufactured from type 304 stainless steel.
Material Divider:	Specially engineered “Screw Type” adjustable material divider for proper material placement on spinners to insure uniform spread pattern at all application rates. (Screw rod and material divider manufactured of type 304 stainless steel.
SPINNER SPECS
Spinner Design:	Twin “Dished Type” spinners, 24" diameter with 6 blades per spinner, specially designed for extremely accurate broadcasting of materials.
Spinner Drive	PTO Drive with gear cases, hydraulic drive spinners with hook-up to tractor — or self-contained hydraulic system driven from tractor PTO.
